I listed a beautiful, affordable home several (!!) months ago in the Lake Forest subdivision on Bill Stewart Boulevard. We listed it just as buyers disappeared and hundreds of houses were available in one small area, so it’s truly been a struggle to even get people inside to look at it.
Monday morning, we got two offers! Please keep your fingers crossed and say a prayer that we close without problems!
