Client Feedback is Important

I received a feedback report today from one of my latest clients.  It was good feedback, but even if it was not, I’d want to hear it.  With honest feedback, I can always learn and improve.  From Joe:

Kathy worked really hard to help me find a home.  Most importantly, she listened tome as to what I wanted and could afford.  I appreciate her efforts.
